We at The Property Box are proud that our customers and suppliers are at the heart of our business, as a result of this we have been trading successfully for numerous years. Specialising in: selling, renting, developing and managing properties in and around London. We have built long-term relationships across the property industry with mortgage brokers, solicitors, landlords as well as manufacturers and suppliers all disposable to our clients.
Primary services offered include sales, lettings and construction. Other services covered are: maintenance, refurbishment, bathroom & kitchen renewal, driveways, basement excavations, loft conversions and extensions. As we are predominantly an online business our prices are highly competitive but quality is never compromised.
All building and renting regulations are adhered to and fulfilled as stipulated by the law. We are accredited by The Federation of Master Builders and members of the The Property Ombudsman and the National Landlords Association. Gas and electric works are completed and certified by NICEICE and Gas Safe registered engineers.

Motivated by past experiences, Shakeel has immersed himself in every aspect of the property industry since 2008, building valuable relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, architects, accountants, solicitors, and mortgage brokers. Driven by a passion for quality and a vision for the future, Shakeel strives to exceed expectations and create a transparent and trustworthy environment for all involved in the real estate industry. MICHAL BOBR
Michal brings a wealth of expertise to our team since joining in 2014, with a background that includes tenure at prestigious organizations like Ballymore, as well as collaborations with housing associations such as Peabody, Grainger, and Mears. With a comprehensive skill set spanning all aspects of building and maintenance, Michal serves as a pivotal figure in our projects. As a proficient project manager, Michal oversees a majority of our building endeavors, as well as supervising our maintenance staff. Whether it's a new build, extension, refurbishment, or any other building-related task, Michal is at the forefront, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and top-quality results. Michal and our team are always ready and eager to lend assistance, drawing upon his extensive experience and keen eye for detail to deliver excellence in every project we undertake.

Rahul’s expertise stems from a prosperous career in the world of marketing and advertising, with a particular focus on technology, digital activation, branding, and social strategy. His journey into the world of property began with advising start-ups who were struggling to cut through the noise and connect with their potential customers online.
