ABOUT OUR COMPANY

We at The Property Box  are proud that our customers and suppliers are at the heart of our business, as a result of this we have been trading successfully for numerous years. Specialising in: selling, renting, developing and managing properties in and around London. We have built long-term relationships across the property industry with mortgage brokers, solicitors, landlords as well as manufacturers and suppliers all disposable to our clients.

Primary services offered include sales, lettings and construction. Other services covered are: maintenance, refurbishment, bathroom & kitchen renewal, driveways, basement excavations, loft conversions and extensions. As we are predominantly an online business our prices are highly competitive but quality is never compromised.

All building and renting regulations are adhered to and fulfilled as stipulated by the law. We are accredited by The Federation of Master Builders and members of the The Property Ombudsman and the National Landlords Association. Gas and electric works are completed  and certified by NICEICE and Gas Safe registered engineers.

SHAKEEL KHAN

Shakeel has gained experience in all aspects of the property industry since 2008. During this period he has built relationships with a range of suppliers, manufacturers, accountants, solicitors and mortgage brokers to ensure that clients receive the best service when it comes to their property. Shakeel decided to pursue this profession because he faced many situations where he was unhappy with the advice and service available in the market and felt that he wanted to create a honest and quality business for himself and his clients so that they would not have to find themselves the same situation he was once in.

MICHAL MARCHEWKA

Michal joined the company in 2014. Having previously worked for Ballymore in addition to numerous housing associations such as Peabody, Grainger and Mears. Michal has the skill set and knowledge for all building and maintenance aspects. Damien project manages a majority of our building projects as well as our staff for maintenance. Whether its a new build, extension, refurbishment or anything building related Michal is at the forefront of every project. Michal and the team are always happy to assist.

ASH VERMA

Ash joined the team in 2017. His role includes managing lettings as well as his team when it comes to conducting viewings, tenancy agreements, inventories and negotiating optimum rental income for our landlords. Ash is known for his hard negotiating and doing the best for our clients.

RAHUL BATHIA

Rahul’s expertise stems from a prosperous career in the world of marketing and advertising, with a particular focus on technology, digital activation, branding, and social strategy. His journey into the world of property began with advising start-ups who were struggling to cut through the noise and connect with their potential customers online. Over the years, he has been hired as a consultant by high growth organisations in the real estate space who were seeking to increase market share and out-market competitors. Rahul’s commitment to our mission here at the Property Box combined with his lateral thinking and creativity make him an integral part of the future success of the company.
